Use it with your class

  1. Prepare. Print the student paper and detach the final two answer sheets if useful. Confirm timing and calculator arrangements with your class.
  2. Practise independently. Use one sitting or split the paper into two sessions. The younger papers use larger print and three questions per page. Students can show working on the question pages or extra paper.
  3. Mark and target the gaps. Award one mark per question. Use the skill labels in the guide to target follow-up teaching. SMART Mastery practice banks are currently available for Years 7 and 8; Year 6 also has General Practice.
